Sarah Lapointe of the Charlotte Ballet
We originally set out for a downtown rooftop shoot, but as things often go we became distracted by a blue wall in my friend Noi's condo (and a cool chair he had). I wanted to go for something more classical with this shot as a bit of a departure from how I normally shoot and edit. One light hanging above and to the left was a Wescott 35" Zeppelin on a boom powered by a Paul C Buff Einstein and a large reflector on the wall to her left. Equipment: Credo 40 Mamiya 645 DF medium

Imperial Black
Hand made fine Italian shirts produced in runs as few as 25 for the discerning gentleman. The detail on their shirts is exquisite. This month's collection is titled "Heist" due to the fact that the original run was actually stolen out of the factory in Italy! This is my first shoot with www.imperialblack.com just helping them catch up with incoming inventory and I am looking forward to a long (and well dressed) future as well as some fun editorial work! Here is their blog wit
